Alcohol breath tester + parking meter timer

Brilliant and also ridiculous:

We were just up at Bed Bath & Beyond, to use our Infinite Coupon to buy a new butter dish. (Sam, the fatter of our cats, got hungry enough while we were out of town that he broke the butter dish by licking it all the way off the counter and onto the floor.) They had these Alcohol Breath Testers by the door for $15. The devices are also clearly key rings—a fact discreetly omitted in the description—but even better, it comes with a timer "that keeps track of your time on a parking meter." So you're not supposed to drive, but it's apparently the perfect tool for helping you weigh your options when you're deciding whether to pound your drink to keep from getting a parking ticket.

I remember reading that these kinds of devices (in bars, at least) often have the unintended effect of getting people to compete for "high score." As it turns out, that's apparently even their intended purpose, legally speaking: I saw later in the BB&B flyer that they're "For entertainment purposes."

Wow that was good invention. I like it.. It could be use by the policemen to detect the person if drunk or not.
