The headline from the Wall Street Journal story is "As if Things Weren't Bad Enough, Russian Professor Predicts End of U.S." I love that that the percentage of likelihood is "55 to 45%." Apparently this makes you a celebrity in Russia: "At the end of the presentation, he says many delegates asked him to autograph copies of the map showing a dismembered U.S."
