How do you know your local Shell station is ghetto?

In my case (for the one on Dearborn, by the 'Waj), when:

• you're spare-changed twice, once being asked for "80 cents" and then again for "30 cents"
• the sign on the front door says that individual liquor sales are now prohibited until after 1 p.m.
• the person at the pump next to you is washing her entire car with the windshield squeegee
