I've been using this multiplatform widget called Kuvva to automatically rotate through curated desktop backgrounds. I'm quite liking it so far, especially today's cool seascape with mysterious callouts:

The dark but hilariously, DeLillo-ously dense The Ask. I saw Sam Lipsyte at Hugo House, and that (gladly) inspired me to go read some of his stuff.
