The plans for a ground-floor restaurant with a patio on the west side is smart. Today, with the viaduct entrance there, the patio would be a terrible place to sit. But with the viaduct removed, it's nearly waterfront.
After looking for Zoom-Pop's office yesterday and encountering the cool, old building names on Western Ave, I was disappointed this building will be "Stadium Terrace". How do we get developers to pick creative names rather than corporate bland?

It's really weird getting my head around Viaduct-lessness still. It's going to be such a huge visual and psychological change.
I'm surprised more places don't tray to ape older dignified names more often. I don't love the likes of Stadium Terrace but I don't like more "creative" ones either, like Cristalla or Aspira.

How about Suspira? Then the architect could go all Dario Argento on the design/decor.
I'd totally live there.

Okay, I had to look that up, CB. You have out-pop-cultured me! There's actually a Suspiria remake coming out next year.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suspiria
